Beginner/Intermediate High School Tennis
Beg/Int High School Tennis (Ages 12-18) - Location Chanhassen High School. Registration Opens on March 6th.
This class is perfect for those that played in a middle school program, took our older Youth Match Play class or played on a high school JV or B-Team. It is also ideal for the boy or girl wanting to come out for high school tennis for the first time as it will prepare them to play on a high school tennis team! The class will consist of developing all tennis strokes, conditioning, and singles/doubles strategy through instructor-fed drills, live balls drills and the use of the ball machine. In addition, each class will also consist of match play for the last 30 minutes so kids gain more experience playing matches.
Have a busy summer and can’t make all 11 classes? Please register to come to any 8 class days.
Mondays and Wednesdays - June 8 - July 20 (No classes on July 6 and 8)
Rainout makeup days are July 22, 27 and 29.
Main Focus
Each class will consist of developing all the tennis strokes, conditioning, and singles/doubles strategy through both instructor-fed and live-ball drills to help the player participate on a high school tennis team.
